Ordering & Status

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed. If your item is a stock item, you will receive an automated tracking email when the item ships. If your item ships direct from the manufacturer you will receive an email as it ships.

How do I cancel an order?

Call us at 877-490-5377 Monday through Friday from 8 am to 10 pm and Saturday through Sunday from 10 am to 8 pm (ET). Please note that any other method of communication will not guarantee cancellation.

We will make every attempt to cancel your order per your request. Most orders are processed and ready for shipping within in 1-2 business days. If your order has shipped or is in the process of being shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. You will need to follow the above return instructions once you receive the package. All return charges apply (please refer to the Sit4Less.com return policy above for specific charges).

Sit4less Expedited Exchange:

Get the chair you want right away with our Expedited Exchange program. Call us to initiate the exchange and we can ship your new chair within 2 business days. You will be charged for the new chair, but once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item. Return shipping does apply.

Refusing Shipment

Refusing shipment for any reason other than for damaged merchandise will be treated as a return and all fees listed below will apply. If you are refusing the item due to damage you must note it at time of delivery. If the damage is not noticed until the package has been accepted and the box opened, you must contact customer service within 24 hours and supply pictures of the damage. The carrier may need to come retrieve the box and its contents for inspection. Do not discard the box or packaging until the claim has been completely processed. This can take up to 8 business days. Replacement merchandise will be shipped out within 3 – 5 business days from receipt of the damaged merchandise. For expedited replacement please see “Sit4less Expedited Exchange” above.

Repairing a Chair

If you purchased your chair through Sit4less.com, we will help facilitate a repair for you. You may request a repair by filling out a warranty service form or by calling us at 877-490-5377.

We reserve the right to ship, at our discretion, parts needed to repair an item that may have been received damaged. Please refer to “Sit4Less Expedited Exchange.”

 

General Shipping Information

Ground Shipping:

All standard shipping is free with the purchase of any new product.  This excludes any clearance and refurbished items. FedEx Ground Shipping is available to any destination in the Continental United States. Please note that small packages do not require a delivery signature unless otherwise selected. Ground shipping is for curbside drop off only. Average shipping time is between 5 - 7 business days for in stock items. If you live in an apartment, they will deliver to the lobby. Additional shipping charges may apply to destinations located in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Express and Overnight Shipping:

Express and Overnight Shipping are available upon request for an additional charge. Orders must be placed before 11am EST to ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am will ship the next business day.

Overnight Priority shipping:Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon, 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays. Please see http://www.fedex.com/us/services/express/us/po.html for additional information.

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the purchaser. Sit4Less.com is not responsible for any customs clearance charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Sit4Less.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type.

Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. Please be aware that shipping products internationally which cross-borders are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Special Orders

Special order items ship directly from the manufacturer. They will be delivered by a common freight or ground carrier. Delivery is to your curb side or loading dock only. You will receive a call from the carrier to arrange a time of delivery. Delivery is available Monday - Friday. Being that special order items aren't manufactured until the order is placed, tracking information is not immediately available. We will update you with information regarding your order upon request. If your billing information does not match the shipping information on your credit card, Sit4Less.com reserves the right to request you add the shipping address to your credit card account. Return/Cancellation Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. All Sit4Less.com purchases come with the reassurance of a 90 day money back comfort guarantee. For qualifying items you are not satisfied with, you may return the item within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Inside of 180 days, the item is eligible for an exchange of equal or greater value. The item must be returned in like new condition, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.

All items purchased through Sit4Less.com must be returned to Sit4Less.com using the return instructions listed in this document. Please call 1- 877-490-5377 for a return authorization and shipping instructions. Sit4Less.com will not accept any return that is made without a return authorization number and processed through our return service. All items requiring pick up will be assessed a return shipping fee. Items must be unassembled and boxed as originally received. Additional charges may apply should the items be returned in damaged condition.

Shipping Charges - Original outbound shipping, handling, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable. All items requiring pickup will incur a return shipping fee.

Pick-up Details:

All Items will be picked up using a common ground or freight carrier. The pick-up for return normally happens within 3-4 business days from the date of request. The carrier will make up to three attempts to retrieve the merchandise from the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the item is boxed and ready for pick up. It will also be the purchaser's responsibility to make arrangements in order to hand off the package to the common carrier. We can supply one size box that fits many of our chairs for a charge of $40 per box. Unfortunately, we are not able to schedule a specific day or time for pick-up.

 

Return Rates & Exceptions

Return Shipping Charges:

Original outbound shipping charges are not eligible for refund. In cases of free outbound shipping, a full refund minus a modest return shipping fee will be credited to your account. In cases of free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, an additional return shipping fee may be assessed. Your account will be credited after Sit4Less.com verifies that your product has been returned. Please allow up to 10 business days for pickup from the date of your call. Return shipping charges for all items are listed below. These return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
