Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Sit4less.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 12 months of your delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other charges. If you return a new chair within 30 days of your delivery date - we will pay all shipping charges in the continental U.S. Assembly or Installation fees are non-refundable. Free return shipping is limited to single chair orders for $700 or more, and can be exercised once per year, per customer. The item must be returned in like new condition, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Items that are not returned in like-new condition are subject to a minimum 10% charge. Damaged items may be charged for repair costs up to the full cost of the item at Sit4Less.com's discretion. All returns must be authorized through Sit4less.com. We will not accept any unauthorized packages by any other shipping vendor. Please Contact Us or call 1-877-490-5377 from 9am – 4pm Monday through Friday EST to obtain a return authorization.

Return Instructions:
All Products must be returned by a shipper authorized by Sit4less.com. Please call us at 1-877-490-5377. Depending on the merchandise, we will either have your product returned by Fed Ex Ground or Con-Way. Sit4less.com will not accept any unauthorized packages by any other shipping vendor.
Completely fill out the return form. You can print the form by clicking on the following link: Sit4less_Return_Form. Please make sure you click on the submit button after you have filled out the form. It is located at the bottom of the page. Print out a copy of the return form so you can place it in the box when the chair is being returned. Returns will not be able to be processed unless the Sit4less Return form is completed and submitted.
We will return your product using the same shipping method that was originally used to ship your product.
For Returns by Fed Ex:
- We will send you a PRP tag once we receive the Sit4less Return Form. Allow 7-10 business days to receive the PRP tag. It will arrive by regular mail. Return the original invoice and return form in the package. Contact us if you need another copy of your invoice. Pack the items securely. Please wrap the product so it does not get scratched in shipment. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received. If you need boxes or packaging materials, please go to your nearest Uhaul. To ensure that scratching doesn’t happen during shipping, please wrap the product carefully before boxing. Remember to wrap the base of the chair, as it is often scratched during shipping. If you need boxes or packaging materials, please go to your nearest Uhaul or UPS store. You can also call us at 1-877-490-5377 and we will send a box to you ($40 charge)Attach the PRP tag to the top of the box and call 1-888-777-6040 to request a Fed Ex pickup.
- We will issue a credit to the credit card on file within 15 business days of receiving your product. If paid by check or money order we will issue a refund check within 20 business days of receiving your product. Return Shipping and handling charges are non – refundable. Please do not forget to enclose the return form in with your product. Not including the return form in your package will delay processing your return up to 60 days.
For Returns by Con – Way:
- Con - Way will call you within 7-10 business days to schedule your pickup.Return the original invoice and return form in the package. Contact us if you need another copy of your invoice.Pack the items securely. Please wrap the product so it does not get scratched in shipment. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received. To ensure that scratching doesn’t happen during shipping, please wrap the product carefully before boxing. If you need boxes or packaging materials, please go to your nearest Uhaul or UPS store. You can also call us at 1-877-490-5377 and we will send a box to you ($40 charge).Please have your box ready before Con – Way arrives. They will not wait for you to finish packing your product.Make sure to ask for a receipt for your package. Your receipt will have your tracking number, which is your proof of pickup.

Special Orders
In order to satisfy special customer requirements, it is occasionally necessary for us to place a Special order. There will be a 25% restocking fee for all special orders in addition to the standard return terms.
Canceling an Order
If your order has shipped or is in the process of being shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. You will need to follow the return instructions once you receive the package. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please call 1-877-490-LESS, or email at sales@sit4less.com to cancel an order. Please note that most orders ship within 48-72 hours. To ensure your order gets cancelled before it ships, please call us.
If you submit an e-mail, we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled before it ships. We will confirm all cancellations submitted to us, whether successful or not, by replying to your original e-mail.
